The wild bilberries originate from northern Sweden where they are picked and then dried at low temperatures. They have an unusually high antioxidant content due to growing in the pristine Nordic nature under the midnight sun. Combining these bilberries with the complex aromatic cocoa, creates an intensely flavorful bilberry chocolate. This chocolate bar was awarded a silver medal in the International Chocolate Awards 2022.
